Job Opening - Global Executive

Our client, a Leading Financial Institution, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Directly report to Chief Executive Officer
Oversee and Lead a sizeable team over 40 team members for the Sales Management & Division Operation of the development and formulation of Sales Management, Business Development, Marketing Management and Client Servicing Management
Generate and review marketing initiatives, product recommendations as well as business development strategies and planning
Monitor sales progress / programs and drive business development units to fulfill business targets
Market and promote Investment Planning Services and Retirement Planning Services
Prepare market reviews and marketing materials of Investment Planning Products and Retirement Planning Products on a regular basis for Marketing Team and Distribution Channels
Build up corporate image / reputation of the Group, formulate marketing and branding strategies and participate in external communication and publicity events
Formulate and implement the marketing strategies in all promotion channels and internal / external communication
Maintain excellent relationship with various business partners in achieving business targets and providing after-sales service to clients
Monitor service standard and quality of Investment Planning Services and Retirement Planning Services provided to clients
Manage Business Development Department to assist clients to review retirement portfolio and investment portfolio

A Bachelor Degree in Finance / Marketing / Business Administration / Economics
Holder of HKSI Paper 1, 4, 7, 9
Strong and solid experience in Sales Management / Business Development / Marketing Management with Client Services background in the financial industry, Bank / Insurance / Asset Management / Trustee / Pension Sectors
Strong team leadership with excellent people management skills
Good knowledge of investment products in financial service industry
Good knowledge in Pension and MPF Business will be an advantage
Strong problem-solving skills and able to manage confrontational issues
Able to exercise judgment, work under great pressure and flexible to liaise effectively with the various business units, supporting units and groups of people and issues
Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English including Cantonese and Putonghua
