Our client, a Chinese Bank is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Job Duties

• Handle in-house corporation secretarial matters such as prepare annual reports, interim reports, circulars, announcements and other corporate communications to shareholders
• Organize periodical Board meetings and prepare documents relating to annual corporate maintenance such as annual general meetings
• Preparing and maintaining statutory filings with various regulators and compliance with all applicable statutory and regulatory rules and requirements applicable to the Bank including Companies Ordinance, Banking Ordinance, HKMA’s rules and regulations, HKFI and SFC Ordinance
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements
• Responsible for managing the routine and departmental administrative works
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

• Degree or above, preferably with professional memberships of HKCGI / CGI
• At least 8 years relevant working experience preferably from financial sector
• Excellent interpersonal skill, able to work independently and attentive to details
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (fluency in Mandarin)
