Compliance Manager (HK$35K - $45K) (Ref. No.: 27229)
Our client, a Chinese Based Bank is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Formulate and supervise the implementation of compliance review plans and conduct sample transactions checking
- Advise on new product launch or revamp, relevant sale and marketing materials, etc.
- Compile periodical reports for management review
- Provide advisory to business and operation units on internal control requirements
- Handle enquiries from regulatory bodies
- Review of all policies and procedures to ensure complying with the regulatory requirements
- Perform ad hoc compliance project or investigation whenever required
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in Accounting, Laws or related disciplines
- 4-5 years of working experience in general compliance of banking industry
- Substantial knowledge in regulatory requirements relating to banking industry
- Detail oriented, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
