Our client, a Financial Institution, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Manage credit and risk control function to securities as well as mortgage and unsecured loan businesses in timely and professional manner
Collaborate with stakeholders to design / review the strategies throughout the credit life-cycle
Monitor daily market movement; liquidity risk exposure for securities business if there are any irregularities and limit excesses
Monitor and supervise margin call, force liquidation and issue demand letter if necessary
Responsible for credit evaluation and risk assessment on credit application, periodic review, and request for securities as well as mortgage and unsecured loan businesses
Prepare periodic risk reports, perform credit portfolio analysis to the Credit Committee
Keep abreast of latest rules and regulations related to credit risk management
Review, update risk management framework, guidelines, policies, and procedures on a timely basis
Ensure all potential credit risk is mitigated within the risk appetite of the business
Support back office system enhancement / project development to facilitate digitization of the Company

Degree holder, major in Risk Management, Finance or other related disciplines, FRM is a plus
At least 10 years’ relevant experience in credit risk management in financial industry, 3 years of which at management level
Strong credit sense, analytical and judgement skills with good knowledge in securities trading and product knowledge in mortgage and unsecured lending
Good command in written & spoken in English & Chinese (include Mandarin)
Computer literate and proficient in MS Office application, knowledge in VBA will be an advantage
Good people management, interpersonal, communication, negotiation skills
