Customer Service Officer, High-End Appliances (Ref. No.: 27579)

Our client, a Multinational Company, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Deliver professional and friendly service via the customer service hotline and customer counter.
Manage inbound calls, including appointment booking, order processing, and general inquiry resolution.
Address and resolve customer complaints with patience and professionalism.
Cultivate positive customer relationships through attentive listening and proactive engagement.
Introduce and promote company products and services appropriately based on customer needs.
Conduct professional follow-ups to ensure customer requests are fully resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
Gather and document customer feedback to support ongoing service and process improvements.
Perform basic administrative tasks related to counter operations.

1-2 years of experience in customer service role; Fresh graduates with a passion for service are highly encouraged to apply.
