DCM Analyst / Associate (HK$25K - $30K) (Ref. No.: 25806)
Our client, a Leading Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Work closely with relationship managers, sales and trading team, legal and compliance in deal execution
- Provide assessment on financial standing of new names and build financial forecast model when needed
- Prepare pitch book in both English and Chinese
- Keep abreast of market development and provide market updates to business teams and senior management when appropriate
- Actively contributes in due diligence, documentation review, road show arrangement and deal settlement
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in accounting or finance disciplines
- Holder of CPA is preferred
- 2-3 years experiences in DCM
- In dependent, self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS office, Bloomberg and Wind
- Excellent command of both written and spoken Mandarin, English & Cantonese
