Our client, a Leading Consumer Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Drive, develop and implement both long and short-term application development plans of assigned applications systems to meet business requirements, to support the Bank’s strategic directions, and to uphold the IT service quality.
Lead the application development teams and work with various IT functional teams to provide pro-active and professional support to address the business needs.
Develop close relationship with business or support units in driving application development plans to address specific business needs.
Keep abreast with the market latest technology and system solutions and apply to the Bank to cope with future business needs, if applicable.
Establish and enforce IT standards and processes throughout the Bank.
Manage and liaise with external IT vendors to ensure their provided services are up to the required standard and in a cost-effective approach.
Build and maintain relationship with the market and industrial technology leaders to share and learn experience.
Train, and retain talented IT staff to equip them with good knowledge in technical and business understanding and plans for their future career development.
Provide coaching and training to subordinates.

Degree holder preferably in Information Technology or relevant discipline.
At least 15 years' experience in IT application software development.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in people management.
Certified PMP and ITIL preferred.
Certificate of CISSP, CISA, CISM or other cybersecurity recognized certificate is definite advantage.
In depth knowledge in IT development and operation.
Knowledge in banking products and operation preferable.
