Executive Director, Private Equity (Technology) (Ref. No.: 27658)

We are seeking an Executive Director with a strong industry background, focusing on overseas M&A projects in hard technology sectors such as communications and electronics.

Conduct market research, project development, and due diligence for hard technology industries such as telecommunications and electronics.
Collaborate with domestic entrepreneurs to facilitate the implementation of overseas M&A projects.
Establish and maintain a network of relationships with industry experts, corporate executives, and government agencies.
Lead project teams, coordinate internal and external resources, and ensure the smooth execution of projects.
Participate in the fund's investment decisions, providing industry insights and strategic advice.

Bachelor's degree or above from a top-tier university in China or abroad, with a degree in telecommunications, electronics, or computer science preferred.
Minimum 8 years of work experience in the telecommunications, electronics, or hard technology industry, possessing in-depth industry knowledge and resources.
Candidates with successful overseas M&A or collaborative project experience is preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of effectively collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
Fluent in both Chinese and English, able to adapt to an international work environment.
