Finance Manager, Budget Management (HK$50K - $60K) (Ref. No.: 27859)

Our client, a Leading Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Job Duties

• Performing budget management, financial planning and vendor management in PMO Office
• Involve in Financial Project, preparation, monitoring, and forecasting of the Annual Budget and expenditure Review
• Participate in vendor evaluation & performance and procurement activities
• Prepare annual accounts, annual financial report and statutory annual return

Job Requirements

• University degree holder in Finance or Accounting
• With Accounting Professional Qualification
• 5 years’ experience focus in financial management, budgeting planning with vendor management in Banks / Financial Institutions,  Technology / Innovation-related Sectors
• Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting planning and forecasting
• Knowledge in procurement activities, vendor management, and contract administration preferable
• Self-initiative, independent with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to exercise judgment, work under pressure and liaise effectively with the business and supporting units
• Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English including Cantonese and Putonghua
