Our client, a Leading Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Develop and execute the AI-Driven Compliance Project and Systems under Banking Fintech Compliance / AI Compliance Policy, Regulatory and Monitoring review programs and ensure that they are in accordance with local regulatory framework as well as the Bank’s policies and procedures
Involve in AI / Machine Learning and Robotic Process Automation initiatives
Advise to the management and various business units on Fintech Compliance / AI Compliance Circular Review matters
Monitor the regulatory issues on Banking Fintech / AI Banking Products and Banking Services within Hong Kong Region

University degree holder With IT Background
Experience in AI-Driven Compliance Project and Systems under Banking Fintech, RegTech or AI Compliance / Virtual Asset Compliance and Guidelines / Stablecoin / Blockchain Regulatory and Monitoring etc with Banking Sector
Good knowledge of compliance with banking and regulatory requirements
Knowledge in regulatory requirements and rules issued by HKMA
Self-initiative, independent with good interpersonal and communication skills
Able to exercise judgment, work under pressure and liaise effectively with the business and supporting units
Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English including Cantonese and Putonghua
