Fund Operation Manager (HK$35K - $55K) (Ref. No.: 25661)
Our client, an Investment Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Support Team Head to perform daily fund operation and client services related to Asset Management
- Maintain and house-keep transactions records and alert of regulatory requirements
- Prepare and review NAVs for fund, PE portfolios and reconciling Fund’s book with counter-parties’ books
- Review fund capital activity to ensure it is properly processed and recorded
- Arrange cash transfer for fee payment, and investment activity work closely with Prime Brokers, Fund Administrators to ensure all trade discrepancies and settlement issues are resolved
- Participate in new fund launching projects and on-board procedures for existing funds
- Ad-hoc project as assigned by management
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or business- related disciplines
- 5 years or above related experience in fund accounting/administration with asset management firm
- Relevant experience in PE and/or structure financing is preferred
- Detailed mind, multi-tasking and time management
- Able to adapt to evolving system and workflow environment
- Computer skills: Excel, Bloomberg, Portfolio Management or Accounting Systems
