Job Opening - Global Executive

Our client, a leading Luxury brand, is seeking a visionary and results-driven Commercial Leader to spearhead our brand’s presence in the Hong Kong & Macau market. This role will lead the full spectrum of the brand's commercial and operational activities, developing and executing a comprehensive strategy that aligns with global headquarters’ objectives while adapting to local market dynamics

Serve as the brand's ambassador across Asia, safeguarding alignment with global brand identity while tailoring approaches to suit the nuances of each local market
Spearhead the creation and rollout of cohesive brand and communication strategies that advance business goals and strengthen brand equity
Translate consumer and market intelligence into concrete brand initiatives that guide strategic decision-making and feed into annual business planning
Design and deliver end-to-end activation programs spanning the full media spectrum—including media campaigns, CRM & performance marketing, content strategy, PR & social media, influencer partnerships, retail/shopfloor initiatives & activations, and culinary events (B2C and B2B)—to foster brand engagement, drive conversion, enhance customer experience, and build loyalty
Adapt and roll out global campaigns and communication calendars with precision, ensuring each market receives relevant and impactful execution
Partner closely with Business Units, central marketing, central media management, and sales teams to ensure brand plans are fully integrated and effective
Motivate and guide a regional team of brand and communication professionals—building and nurturing a strong, multi-cultural, multi-disciplinary marketing team while continuously developing marketing talent

Comprehensive and current expertise in brand management, integrated communications, and performance marketing
Proven ability to build relationships, lead teams, and foster networks, with a track record of inspiring and growing talent in a multi-cultural setting
A consumer-first mindset paired with a drive for performance and measurable results, supported by sound business judgment and commercial awareness
A sharp strategic mind with the agility to adapt and the analytical rigor to translate insight into action
Skilled at influencing and working alongside diverse stakeholders beyond direct reporting lines, with strong communication abilities in both the local language and English
Demonstrated international exposure and mobility, with readiness to travel throughout the Asia region and to global headquarters as needed
