Our client, a Leading Financial Institution Group is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position
Job Duties
- Manage sizeable team with coverage in Call Centre, Telemarketing, Digital Channel aiming to generate new business and revenue for Insurance / Pension Business
- Manage and implement promotion campaign to explore and generate new business opportunities
- Enhance digital sales channel engagement strategies and manage campaign budgets to achieve business targets and campaigns’ P&L
- Oversee Customer Care functions in driving customer journey projects and customer complaint handling
- Solicit and oversee premier clients’ portfolio through loyalty and retention programs
- Set objective to teammates and monitor the sales performance / consulting service standard to improve achievement
Job Requirements
- University degree holder
- Holder of HKSI Examination Paper 1,7, 8 and MPF Intermediaries is a MUST
- With proven track record in strong team lead management of Call Centre and Telemarketing (with Digital Sales Channel Management preferred), sales and account servicing experience in Insurance / Pension Sector
- Good experience in management of premier clients’ portfolio through loyalty and retention programs
- Good understanding of Pension / Insurance / MPF / ORSO business and products
- Team Leader with mature personality and excellent communication skills with various business units
- Able to exercise judgment, work under pressure and liaise effectively with the business and supporting units
- Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English including Cantonese and Putonghua
