Head of Cross-border Business (HK$70K - $90K) (Ref. No.: 25378)
Our client, a Leading Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position
Job Duties
- Lead a team to formulate and implement effective strategies and plans for retail cross border customer segment to support business growth
- Design and drive of business plans and end-to-end customer journeys for cross border segment
- Monitor and evaluate the results of difference cross border programs, conduct regular review and analysis on sales performance in order to provide advise / suggestion for sales team to improve as well as to achieve the targets
- Drive marketing programs to build customer portfolio
- Work closely with product team
- Ensure all works are complied with internal and external policies and rules
Job Requirements
- Degree or above
- At least 8 years working experience in segment management / business strategy management in cross border retail banking business
- Sounds knowledge in cross-border customer's financial and investment needs
- Excellent marketing and project management skills
- Familiar in retail banking products
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office ( Excel, PowerPoint and Word, Chinese Word Processing)
- Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin is a MUST)
