Human Resources Manager/Asst. HR Manager (Talent Acquisition/Business Partner)(HK$50K – $75K) (Ref. No.: 25474)

Our client, a Multinational Company, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Job Duties

  • Work closely with the hiring managers and HRBPs in order to devise and implement tailored, fit-for-purpose talent acquisition approach to address future business and hiring needs.
  • Establish effective talent sourcing strategies in both current and new channels, including agencies, vendors, industry bodies, universities, social platforms and professional network, to build pipelines of potential applicants across both HK and GBA areas.
  • Manage the overall interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, shortlisting, assessments, interviews and reference checks, leveraging technologies as appropriate to improve the overall efficiency and ensure a positive experience for both the candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Create and confirm job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
  • Support and execute the overall employer branding activities and recruitment marketing (EB&M) to reach the targeted talent pools and attract the right candidates.
  • Organise and attend job fairs and recruitment events as CLP’s ambassador to build and enhance CLP’s employer brand in the targeted talent markets.
  • Develop, monitor and achieve talent acquisition related SLAs and KPIs to monitor the quality of deliverables and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

  • A recognized university degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Information Technology or other relevant disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar roles, ideally from mixed in-house and recruitment agencies background. Exposure to GBA recruitment will be a plus.
  • Strong talent sourcing skills; Familiar with social media, talent databases and professional networks.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting, with knowledge in various interview techniques, evaluation methods, Recruitment Software Tools and Applicant Tracking Systems, or Human Capital Management Software.
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
  • A collaborative team player, excellent interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
  • Less experience will consider as Human Resources Specialist.
