Institutional Sales Director, Investment Banking (HK$90K - $110K) (Ref. No.: 26822)
Our client, a Leading Investment Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Responsible for enlargement of foreign institutional client base including foreign based and cross-border fund house and Institutional Investors
- Manage Institutional Sales Business for IPO Primary and Secondary Market and client portfolio management under Institutional Sales and Corporate Sales Department
- Bring in new clients base and drive sales and marketing activities and plan for business growth
- Develop new Institutional Business targeting for fund houses and other institutional investors in Mainland and Hong Kong
- Liaise with sales services and account management for a variety of client type corporate & institutional clients
Job Requirements
- University degree holder
- Holder of SFC License - Type 1 & 4 & 9
- Stable job history in senior position of Institutional Sales and Corporate Sales with solid IPO primary and secondary market experience and Foreign Based client portfolio management from Investment Banking / Top-tier Brokerage Sector is a MUST
- With a track record of delivering successful and profitable business growth
- Can bring in new clients base
- Experience in capital market activities will be an advantage
- Familiar with the Hong Kong and surrounding countries business environment and changes
- Good knowledge of HKMA and SFC regulation and guidelines
- Well developed negotiation and analytical skills
- Aggressive, energetic, mature, self-motivated, independent with strong team leadership
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English including Cantonese and good Putonghua
