IT Officer / Helpdesk Support – Financial / Listed corp (HK$25K - $45K) (Ref. No.: 25801)

Our client, a Public Listed Company, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Job Duties

  • Provide first line technical support to users on hardware, software and networking related issues.
  • Fulfill user requests in priority and follow up support cases in timely manner.
  • Provide support and conduct troubleshooting to various systems and applications.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory records management.
  • Perform support team operational tasks.
  • Assist in IT project coordination and implementation.
  • Handle other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese are required.
  • Experience in either one of below skills would be good.
    • Active Directory
    • Windows 7/8/10
    • MS Office
    • Video Conferencing Technology
    • Lotus Notes
  • Holder of MCP, MCSE, ITIL would be an advantage.
  • Team player with good CS skills.
  • Good command of spoken and written of English and Chinese.
