Job Opening - Global Executive

Our Client, an asset management firm is now urgently looking for high calibre candidate to join their team.

Assist General Counsel to reviewing legal agreements and documents for the Group and Corporate Projects
Handle compliance, corporate governance and company secretarial matters
Maintain and update a wide range of house templates / agreements
Provide legal advice to business and operational units
Update and implement compliance policies, manuals, etc.
Provide legal support to both local and overseas business lines
Conducting legal research and prepare reports
liaise and communication with external Counsel or other counterparties
Handle requests from headquarter and ensure smooth, accurate and timely communications
Assist in ad hoc duties delegated

Bachelor degree in law (HK or other common law jurisdictions)
1-3 years of relevant experience gained from a reputable law firm or in-house experience from sizable company; Exposure gained from international law firms or business institutions will be an advantage
High integrity and professional ethics
Attention to details and ability to identify issues
Dynamic, work independently and proactively
Ability to draft and review documents and contracts in Chinese and English
A good team player with eagerness to learn, a strong work ethic and commercial awareness
Proficiency in spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
