Manager – Agency Compensation (HK$40K - $55K) (Ref. No.: 24632)

Our client, a leading insurance company is now looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Job Duties

• Providing quality support to all distribution channels in relation to payroll payment and licensing operations.
• Lead a team to ensure smooth and accurate payroll are timely maintained.
• Conduct payroll and related accounts reconciliation.
• Review and analyze distribution expenses.
• Perform annual taxation filing for distribution sales and responsible for IRD enquiries.
• Assist in the recommendation of and preparation of sales commission scheme and process.
• Prepare of various analytic reports for management review.
• Support and participate in compensation related projects.
• Perform UAT on system projects for new products launch and enhancement of compensation payments.

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in business / finance / accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years' hands-on experience in sales compensation of insurance industry in which at least 2 years of experience in supervisory level.
• Strong communication skills with all levels within the company, analytical, sensitive to figures, and detail-minded.
• Result-oriented and able to meet the tight deadline and work under pressure.
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager / Senior Officer
