Manager (Tech Risk/Cyber Security) (HK$60K - $75K) (Ref. No.: 27141)
Our client, an Insurance Company is looking for high-calibre person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Develop and implement the plans to uplift the technology risk standard and resiliency across the company
- Conduct 1–1.5 lines of defense risk assessment and controls in the information security, data management, cybersecurity processes to meet audit requirements and corporate governance
- To provide professional security advisory and recommendations on IT solutions and systems from risk perspective
- provide support and timely advises for IT incident handling and conduct incident investigations
- Increase awareness and enhance risk culture across the company, provide training and day to day risk and control advice
- Assist in implementation of new regulations in relation to Cyber Security and IT control
- Provide information security advisory on new projects / systems
- Review and update information security policies and operations process periodically for security control enhancement
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Management Systems, Risk Management or equivalent
- Equipped with IT security certifications (CISSP / CISA / CISM) and Insurance qualifications (FLMI / PMP)
- A minimum of 10 years of solid experience in the field of technology risk & control, information security from banks and insurance companies
- Sound knowledge in internet vulnerability, firewall, intrusion prevention system, data lost prevention system, etc.
- Familiar with regulatory environment of insurance industry, in particular of IT related requirements
- Proven track record in leading and implementing successful information security initiatives programs
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Manager
