Our client, a medical services provider is now urgently looking for a high caliber candidate to join their team.
Job Duties
- Update documents including medical schemes, business partner's contract, medical network doctors, etc.
- Responsible for medical case assessment and prior authorization
- Answer internal and external enquiries on medical cases and complex benefit issues
- Maintain relationships between insurance companies, banks and network doctors
- Review and liaise with doctors and insures for surgical fee
- Assist management to enhance the operation policy and procedures
- Prepare monthly reports to management's review
Job Requirements
- Diploma or above
- With 4 years of experience in medical field / insurance industry
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
- A good team player, detail minded and independent
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
