Operational Risk Manager, Banking (HK$40K - $60K) (Ref. No.: 27202)

Our client, a Leading Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Job Duties

• Responsible for Chinese Operational Risk Management Policy and Framework reporting to China Head Office
• Involve in Operational Risk Programs and execute ORM tools for the Bank
• Provide advisory to various Business Units of the Bank on operational risk / control issues
• Conduct assessment projects and reporting related to operational risk management
• Manage RCSA processes
• Analyze data and monitor systems for operational risks and prepare risk management reports
• Participate in coordination and liaison with respective parties related to on risk control / mitigation measures

Job Requirements

• University degree holder is a MUST
• 7 years’ experience in Operational Risk Management with Banks in Hong Kong is a MUST
• Good Chinese Writing in Operational Risk Management Policy, Framework, Programs
• Sound knowledge in HKMA Regulatory
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with initiative, self-motivated and proactively managed
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese with fluent spoken in Cantonese and Mandarin
