Personal Assistant (HK$20K – HK$25K) (Ref. No.: 25797)

Our client, a well-known multinational corporation, is looking for a Personal Assistant to support the Senior Manager in the service team.

Job Duties

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to Senior Manager and team members
  • Arrange business trips, company visits, conference calls and meetings to top and senior management
  • Expense reimbursement and other logistic following tasks
  • Maintain filing system and file documents timely and systematically
  • Perform ad hoc assignments and special projects as required

Job Requirements

  • Degree Holder or above
  • Minimum 3 years office administration experience, and experience in serving senior management
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential
  • Good command of spoken English and Mandarin
  • Good team working skills and willing to take on a range of tasks
  • Aerospace industry experience would be an advantage but not essential
  • Immediate Available is highly preferred
