Our client, a Leading Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Product Design - Responsible for the functional design of telephone banking products, including voice browsing, self-service, manual service processes, etc., to ensure that product functions meet customer needs and business goals.
Work with the technical team to formulate product technical solutions to ensure the technical feasibility and stability of the product.
Design the product's user interface and interaction process to improve the product's usability and user experience.
Responsible for the management of projects related to telephone banking products, including project planning, resource coordination, progress tracking, quality control, etc., to ensure timely delivery of projects. Work with cross-department teams to resolve problems and risks that arise during the project to ensure the smooth progress of the project.

Degree holder or above, major in information technology, communications, finance or other related subjects are preferable;
At least 5 years of experience in telephone banking, call center or fintech product management is an advantage;
Familiar with the technical architecture and business processes of telephone banking products, and possess solid product design and project management capabilities.
Familiar with relevant technologies, trends and market dynamics in the e-banking field;
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferable.
