Product Manager (Fixed Income/OTC Derivatives) (HK$60K - $120K / month + bonus)
Our client is a top tier PRC based investment bank; they are looking for Product Managers (fixed income products or OTC derivatives) for IT Department.
Job Duties
- Follow the company’s enterprise system architecture matrix to lead liaison with overseas business teams. Take end-to-end ownership of the full lifecycle management for system implementation, including requirements elicitation, development of high-quality technical & business documentation, and coordination of development resources. Ensure all deliverables fully comply with regulatory requirements while meeting complex business objectives and delivering tangible business value.
- Provide BAU and daily maintenance support for core business systems. Efficiently respond to and resolve routine system faults and business-side requests, and continuously optimize system support workflows to sustain high system availability and unbroken business continuity across global markets.
- Allocate resources and assign tasks rationally based on project priorities. Utilize excellent cross-team communication and stakeholder management capabilities to align all parties and reach consensus under the high-pressure environment of multiple concurrent projects, so as to ensure consistent high-quality delivery.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Financial Engineering or related disciplines.
- At least 5 years of working experience in FinTech or business analysis.
- In-depth understanding of financial market business; familiar with trading bookkeeping, risk control and end-to-end middle & back-office operations for on-market and off-market fixed income products or various OTC derivatives.
- With experience leading or deeply participating in the ground-up implementation or core architecture upgrade of the above business systems are preferred.
- Familiar with Hong Kong’s RA11 Regulatory Framework is a plus.
- Prior experience in building regulatory compliance, anti-money laundering (AML) systems or account lifecycle management systems is preferred.
- Excellent cross-departmental collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities; able to efficiently decompose requirements, analyze pain points and drive problem resolution within complex, multi-timezone business matrix.
- Strong stress tolerance and high sense of responsibility; outstanding service awareness and teamwork spirit, self-motivation, together with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Candidate with more experience will consider for senior role.
