Project Coordinator (HK$28,000 to 32,000 per month) (Ref. No.: 26960)

Our client, a global cosmetic & skincare group with APAC headquarters in Hong Kong, is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their in-house creative team to support the Senior Project Manager to deliver best in class workflows from scoping and budget management to process, workflow and account management as well as on set production.

Support the Senior Project Manager in establishing processes to streamline and drive efficiencies, drive exceptional processes at all times
Effectively collaborating with the creative team, ensuring that tasks are allocated and delivered according to the plan
Support with reporting for business requirements driving improvements and change based on insights
Maintaining all project documentation – ensure that all documentation is consistent and fit for purpose before being sent to the brands for review
Support the Senior Project Manager to use Wrike to capture and report project metric such as cycle time, timesheet and cost

Degree holder in Business or related disciplines
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in project management and coordination
Strong experience in Excel
Able to co-ordinate timescale estimates
Ability to understand technical and creative aspects of a project
Excellent Verbal, written and presentational skills
Ability to co-ordinate, schedule and control the resources to meet the plan
Demonstrate confidence in communicating with people at all levels
Fluency in English and Cantonese is mandatory
