Receptionist (HK$14K - $20K) (Ref. No.: 25800)

Our client, a Public Listed Company, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Job Duties

  • Perform front desk management activities while demonstrating professional telephone etiquette
  • Responsible for handling internal and external phone enquiries and call transfer
  • Greeting clients and visitors
  • Handle daily incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Identify the type of meeting and coordinate conference room schedule and setup
  • Provide office administrative support including office sundries purchasing and housekeeping
  • Assist any ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or above with at least 4 years relevant experiences
  • Excellent telephone manner with strong interpersonal skills
  • Pleasant, responsible, hard-working, well-organized and self-motivated
  • Hands-on MS Office applications knowledge
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
