Recruitment Consultant (High Commission Split + Good Basic)

GlobalExec was established in 1996 with more than 25 years. Due to our rapid expansion, we are currently seeking high-caliber professionals to join the successful team.

Responsibilities & Requirements:-

Working closely with internal colleagues in Hong Kong and PRC.
Serving existing clients and developing new business in Hong Kong and PRC region.
Minimum 2 years working experience in Recruitment Firm or similar industry.
Familiar with Banking & Finance, FMCG, IT/Telecom industry or T26/HA projects.
Proven successful track record with solid customers contact and relationship building.
With the ability to develop new customers and coach with senior level of professionals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Aggressive and with strong desire to success.
Fluent in English and Chinese.

We have very strong candidates’ databases that can help our Consultants in sourcing the right candidates.

Besides, we have an excellent internal support team with more than 15 staffs to help out Consultants in preparing Candidate profiles, Contracts preparation etc.
