Job Opening - Global Executive

Our client, a Leading Bank is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire talent
Recruit qualified candidates, screen applicants and conduct employment interviews
Determine appropriate recruitment channels including job boards, social media platforms and recruitment agencies etc.
Collaborate with HRBP and management to understand recruitment needs
Assist in the development of policies and procedures
Stay updated on industry trends and human resources best practices to improve recruitment strategies
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

University graduate or above
6 years+ experience in Talent Acquisitions in banking / financial industry
Good knowledge of human resources practices, recruitment procedures and employment legislation
Able to work under pressure with good communications and interpersonal skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
