Job Duties

• Provide in-store coaching on sales techniques, product knowledge, and client experience.
• Deliver training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development.
• Analyze performance metrics to guide improvement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with operational and merchandising guidelines.
• Model luxury service behaviors and assist with customer escalations.

Job Requirements

• 5 years in high-end retail, with a background in coaching, training, or store management.
• Strong track record in luxury / clienteling sales environments.
• Exceptional interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations and work flexible hours.
• Deep understanding of luxury service standards and trends.
