Our client, an Investment Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Responsible for risk review of investment projects including structured financing, PE investment, etc.
- Review the pre-loan conditions for proposed investment projects.
- Responsible for following up on post-investment management of investment projects.
- Any ad hoc projects assigned by the department head.
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in Finance, Risk Management, Accounting or related discipline.
- Holder of ACCA, CFA or FRM is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in risk management or front office for investments in private equity, and structured finance.
- 3 years or more of project approval experience, able to independently conduct credit risk review of projects.
- Previous exposure of risk management or front office experience in financial institutions, commercial banks or asset management companies is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of credit analysis, financial analysis, valuation, risk & return analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge in Bloomberg or/and popular risk management system is an added advantage.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
