Senior Analyst / Asst. Manager / Manager – Corporate Strategy (HK$32K - $55K)
Our client, an Insurance Company is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Develop and oversee the delivery of strategic initiatives local business
- Partners with senior leaders across multiple business units and functions to develop strategic business plans
- Support the end-to-end delivery of strategic projects, encompassing partnerships, strategic investments and other inorganic growth initiatives for the Company
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management
- Analyse competitors and market dynamics to support informed decision-marking by senior management and identify new opportunities for growth
- Deliver ad hoc research and analysis as required
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3 - 5 years of experience in business management or business advisory role preferred in Banking & finance / insurance companies
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
- Demonstrated self-starter with a proactive approach to work and continuous improvement
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
