Senior Associate/Associate, Securities Business (HK$28K - $30K) (Ref. No. 27286)

Our client, a Financial Institution, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Job Duties

• Process and execute securities transactions, handle customer transaction inquiries, suspicious transaction inquiries, review transaction documents and ensure that transaction orders are completed accurately, match daily transaction records and prepare various transaction reports.
• Provide services to customers, including account opening, anti-money laundering checks, deposit quotes, signature modifications, etc.
• Develop and maintain good business relationships with investors and issuers.
• Coordinate and organize roadshows and investor meetings.
• Prepare internal records, promotional materials, marketing materials.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, or related disciplines
• Qualified SFC Type 1 and 4 Representative license holder.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of SFC regulations and guidelines.
• Strong stress tolerance, multitasking ability, and excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Team spirit and a enterprising attitude.
• Fluency in written and oral Mandarin and English.
