Our Client is a Leading Bank, they are looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Oversee Branch Management at the Flagship Branch
- Manage the overall branch operation and lead the branch staff to provide a variety of retail banking services and achieve preset sales targets and objectives
- Implement the business plans and business goals as set by the bank
- Plan and implement branch promotion campaign to explore and generate new business opportunities
- Manage branch staff to provide excellent quality and professional banking services to customers in order to uphold the reputation and image of the Bank
- Oversee the security controls of the branch and ensure the branch operations in compliance with the Bank's policy and standard
- Sound knowledge in retail banking business and operations as well as Banking Ordinance, Supervisory Policy Manuals and any other guidelines or circulars issued by the HKMA
Job Requirements
- High Diploma Holder / University Degree Holder
- Current as Branch Manager with solid experience in management and operations with branch banking sector
- 10 - 15 years’ experience focusing in branch management and sales management
- With good track record in promoting all kinds of retail banking products and services
- Possess IIQAS & HKSI qualifications
- A detail-minded and confident teammate with self-initiative, independent as well as good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to exercise judgment, work under pressure and liaise effectively with the business and supporting units
- Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English including Cantonese and Putonghua
