Our client, an Insurance Company is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Job Duties

• Manage the operations of medical pre-authorization approval and ensure the smooth operation with panel doctor networks and customers.
• Administer day-to-day claim functions efficiently and accurately.
• Provide services for pre-authorization approval and manage panel doctor networks for inpatient and outpatient care.
• Handle inpatient medical claims assessment and conduct investigations.
• Assist in system development and enhancement projects related to pre-authorization approval.
• Perform claims reporting on pre-authorization approval and carry out other duties assigned by management.
• Coordinate with the team to complete assigned tasks and meet daily targets.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree holder with 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in panel doctor network management and medical claims assessment.
• FLMI qualification is an advantage.
• Medical knowledge qualification is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
