- Own the full P&L—overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to Global HQ
Sales & Channel Growth
- Design channel-specific commercial strategies to maximize market penetration and revenue per square foot
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with wholesale partners, department stores, and distributors to drive brand alignment and sales performance
- Champion a data-first sales culture, leveraging CRM and analytics to boost conversion rates and customer lifetime value
Retail & Operational Excellence
- Oversee the entire retail network - managing the full store lifecycle from openings and renovations to closures
- Optimize store operations to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve key productivity metrics (sales per sqm, inventory turnover, etc.)
- Standardize operational processes to drive consistency, efficiency, and compliance across all retail locations
Marketing, PR & Communications
- Direct the local marketing strategy—including brand campaigns, digital marketing, and social media activations
- Serve as the brand's primary spokesperson in the local market, representing the brand at industry events and in the media
Product & Merchandise Strategy
- Partner with Global HQ on product assortment planning, ensuring the local mix reflects regional preferences and seasonal demand
- Lead the local merchandising strategy to optimize inventory allocation and minimize markdowns
