Senior Credit Risk Manager, Risk Management (HK$70K - $80K) (Ref. No.: 27441)
Our client, a Chinese Bank is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Design and implement credit risk stress-testing programs, including ICAAP, SDST, CRST, RST and regular internal stress tests review as well as update stress test scenarios
- Review, maintain and enhance credit risk related stress testing models and methodologies; recommend corrective actions on model and methodology rectifications as necessary
- Participate in the development and enhance credit policies, ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulatory requirements
- Prepare system user requirements and perform relevant user acceptance test for relevant systems
- Streamline and automate the workflow to maximize efficiency
- Provide support for risk management projects and initiatives, including audit examinations, risk result summarization, portfolio review and analyses
- Perform ad-hoc projects
Job Requirements
- Degree holder or above in Finance, Risk Management or related disciplines
- Proficiency in Excel, VBA, SQL
- At least 8-10 years of relevant experience, with people management experience
- Solid in risk analytics or modelling, particularly in stress testing. Banking experience preferred
- Knowledge of Basel regulatory requirements and banking practices in credit risk management
- Strong analytical skill, data-oriented mindset and independent problem-solving capabilities
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
