Senior Facilities Officer (Reception) (HK$23K - $28K) (Ref. No.: 26748)

Our client, a Leading Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Job Duties

  • Reception / General email and call line
    • Greet guests at reception.
    • Answer customer queries through email / call in a professional manner.
  • Helpdesk Management
    • Manage helpdesk requests through helpdesk hotline and emails, provide confirmation to requesters upon receipt. Log, assign and track requests till close daily. Liaise with responsible staffs for on time completion of requests.
  • Service Support
    • Fulfillment of helpdesk service requests and other office duties as assigned
  • Event Management
    • Be the main point of contact for the requester on event set up requirement and execution from start to finish.
    • Liaise between all parties to ensure expectation is set and met and coordinate through the event promptly.
  • Sourcing and Procurement
    • Perform sourcing activities to support office operations, including regular and new / special procurement etc as assigned.
    • Track and arrange for office consumable restocking.
  • Access Management
    • Log and complete access requests such as issuance of access cards, modification of access rights etc.
  • Space Management
    • Update and housekeeping of space management platform to ensure true to actual data would be reflected
  • Work Processes and Documentation
    • Draft / review and update work instructions periodically

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 Years of experience in facilities management, property management, office administration or customer services.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Power point, Excel and Word.
  • High proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Fast learner and team player.
