Senior Finance Manager (Investment Bank) (HK$50K - $55K) (Ref. No.: 27432)
Our client, an Investment Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements of licensed companies and holding companies.
- Responsible for the project construction of the Kingdee accounting system; collects accounting information of licensed companies to improve the automation of FRR reports.
- Assist in the preparation of interim and annual reports, costing, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Fulfill other responsibilities assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements
- Hold a university degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Qualified accountant or completion of professional examination under professional accounting bodies is preferred.
- 8-10 years of experience in securities firm or investment banks; or more than 6 years of experience in the Big Four accounting firms.
- Possess strong written and spoken skills in English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
- Experience working with Kingdee is a must.
- Willingness to work overtime and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Solid experience in securities accounting, SFC Financial Resources Rules, and Financial Returns is essential.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager.
