Our client, a Financial Institution, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Responsible for the management of the company’s cloud platform including implementation and support to ensure highly reliable cloud platform for the company
Manage a team of internal cloud team with an external managed service vendor supports to develop, implement, enhance and operate the cloud platform and related infrastructure components based on user / business requirements and technology trends
Manage to ensure the implementation and operation of cloud platform with proper planning, reviewing, implementation and meet the target/schedule in particular change management, evergreening, major upgrade, problem handling, disaster drill, etc.
Act as technical expert to lead on troubleshooting of any incident or technical issue on cloud platform with vendor and internal supports
Manage the team and external managed service vendor to ensure all documentations, records and procedures are updated properly in time or on regular basis
Lead the implementation and execution of processes and standards to optimise the use of cloud service
Lead the development and management of DevOps and SysOps-related matters, collaborate with application teams to enable the application systems to run on Cloud platform
Review cloud environment and related operation proactively, and suggest improvement opportunities to the management
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)

University degree in information technology, computer science or related disciplines
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience preferably gained from major financial institutions with at least 10 years at managerial level
Strong experience in managing the operation of enterprise system infrastructure platform is mandatory and cloud management platform is preferable.
Strong experience in team, vendor, resource, budget management
Technical troubleshooting management skill in a complex infrastructure or cloud platform environment
Knowledge on private / public cloud, Ansible Tower, Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub, Python, related tools and scripts skills are preferable
Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering quality work
Good analytical, presentation, documentation and report writing skills
Good command of written and spoken English, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
Candidates with less experience may be considered for a junior position
