Our client, an Insurance Company is looking for high-calibre person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Formulate and update FCC related policies and procedures, perform transaction monitoring and case review, provide support to FCC related project
- Conduct EDD on high-risk customers
- Conduct transaction monitoring, review high-risk policy applications, lead investigations on suspicious transactions and facilitate STR filing
- Conducting FCC processes quality check or assurance review
- Manage diverse Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) projects to meet organizational objectives
- Communicate with front-line and business lines to coordinate the assessment and to provide recommendation to management
- Investigate anti-bribery & corruption case
- Establish, implement and maintain internal policies and procedures of financial crime compliance to meet regulatory requirements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Law, Risk Management or related disciplines
- At least 5 years of AML / CFT / FCC experience in Banks or Insurance Company
- Familiarity with insurance compliance risks
- Experience in dealing with regulators, comprehensive understanding of Hong Kong AML / CFT regulatory framework
- Excellent communication, analytical and writing skills
- Proficient in spoken & written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
