Senior Manager / Manager, Market Risk (HK$45K - $60K) (Ref. No.: 26980)

Our client, a Leading Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Job Duties

• Assist the team head in reviewing and enhancing existing risk policies and documentation to ensure alignment with regulatory and market standards
• Conduct regular re-evaluation of the market price of treasury-related assets to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for market risks
• Prepare comprehensive daily and monthly risk reports for senior management and committees
• Provide support in system building related work as well as monitor risk indicators of global markets, branch liquidity risk, and other related market risks

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Market risk management in the financial services industry with comprehensive knowledge of VaR, Basel III and local regulatory requirement related to market risk and liquidity risk
• Strong understanding of financial markets, products, and risk management techniques
• Proficient in risk assessment tools and software
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Manager
