Job Opening - Global Executive

Our client, a Luxury Brand, looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Merchandiser to support the Retail Merchandising teams in Women's categories including RTW, Soft Accessories, Leather Goods and Shoes, in the Asia Pacific region

Generate and maintain regular performance reports (sales, sell-through, and inventory levels) to assist managers in making rationalized business decisions
Assist the merchandising manager with the execution of daily operations. Ensure absolute data accuracy in reporting files, master data, and internal systems
Support the execution of stock allocations, store-to-store transfers, and seasonal consolidations
Assist in monitoring warehouse and store inventory to maintain a healthy stock architecture
Participate in international buying trips, including travel to Milan and across all regions in charge, to support and understand market needs and collection selections
Participate in seasonal buying campaigns, manage order entry, and drive structured post-campaign follow-ups—including sizing, order confirmations, and delivery tracking—to ensure timely collection rollouts
Act diplomatically to facilitate smooth communication between Merchandising, Planning & Allocation, Visual Merchandising, Retail Excellence, Marketing, Retail Operations, and Logistics teams
Proactively support retail needs and maintain smooth communication with HQ counterparts
Assist in preparing analytical tools and templates for seasonal buying sessions, and collect feedback from retail stores
Build holistic product feedback reports to support and shape regional strategy

5 years of relevant experience in merchandising and buying, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked across Women's product categories within the premium or luxury retail environment
Demonstrated hands-on involvement in international buying trips, end-to-end campaign management, order execution, and disciplined post-campaign reconciliation and tracking
Openness and availability to travel frequently for business purposes, including regular trips to Europe and across regional markets, to support buying activities and ensure operational alignment with global strategies
Solid numerical reasoning and data-handling skills, with advanced proficiency in spreadsheet tools
Strong relationship-building and coordination abilities, with a talent for communicating clearly and concisely in a dynamic, multi-departmental setting
A positive, can-do attitude with a proactive and self-starting work ethic
Resilient under pressure, able to handle tight deadlines and navigate complexity with confidence
