Senior Officer, Account Opening (HK$20K - HK$24K) (Ref. No.: 27647)

Our client, a Chinese Bank is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Job Duties

• Handle the initial assessment of account opening, including both individual and corporate clients;
• Set up customer account in bank system;
• Responsible for due diligence and special account checks, to ensure the bank complies with regulatory requirements;
• Prepare reports to risk department and regulatory body;
• Follow up with branch staff and customers on accounting opening issues;
• Handle ad hoc projects.

Job Requirements

• Post-secondary education with at least 3 years of experience in banking, preferably in branch operations;
• Solid knowledge in bank retail business and local regulatory requirements;
• Customer focused, ability to work independently and under pressure;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua.
