Senior Officer / Officer – IT Finance & Procurement (HK$20K - $28K) (Ref. No.: 26942)
Our client, an insurance company is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Handle all IT procurement activities such as purchase orders, invoices and contracts
- Follow Procurement Policy & practices to handle IT procurement requests
- Manage IT vendor contracts library and invoices settlement
- Monitor suppliers’ performance to ensure compliance with contract
- Monitor and control IT expenses, and ensure compliance with financial policies
- Assist in budget preparation
- Prepare financial reports and analysis to support decision-making
- Provide general administrative support to the department
- Handle ad hoc assignments
Job Requirements
- High Diploma graduates of any discipline with 5 years of relevant experience
- Responsible, attentive to details, well organized and able to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
