Senior Officer, Recruitment & HR Business Partner (IANG welcome) (HK$24K - $30K)
Our client, a sizable Chinese bank is now urgently looking for a high calibre candidate to join their team.
Job Duties
- Partner with functional heads and business unit heads, responsible to assessing the manpower needs, formulate and execute recruitment strategies and initiatives in meeting Business' needs.
- Carry out recruitment and selection activities including updating headcount status and prepare reports for management review.
- Plans and implement recruitment campaigns, sources and select effective recruitment channels and tools.
- Handle ad hoc staff functions.
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in Human Resources or related discipline.
- 1-3 years of HR experience in Banking and Finance industry / sizable company
- Excellent facilitation and presentation, interpersonal skills.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
