Senior Sales Support Officer – Broker Channel (HK$25K - $32K) (Ref. No.: 27306)

Our client, a well-established Life Insurance Company is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Job Duties

• Support sales operations of brokerage channel
• Handle brokers’ enquiries (both inbound, walk-in and email) on product features, policy administration, underwriting, claims, etc.
• Handle Mainland China Visitors (MCV) verification
• Work closely with internal stakeholders such as business development team and other Life operation teams on underwriting, policy services, products and operation flow
• Prepare sales presentation materials and quotations
• Provide professional services and maintain good relationship with brokers
• Support and co-ordinate broker training and customer campaigns
• Perform ad hoc duties

Job Requirements

• Higher Diploma with at least 3 years sales support / customer services experience in insurance industry
• Passed IIQE Paper 1, 3 and 5
• Service oriented, proactive with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiar in Microsoft Office
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin
