Our client, a multinational company is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Perform day-to-day IT technical support on the infrastructure and application systems used.
- Conduct supports on system administration, backup operation and batch processing.
- Occasional needs to perform system support and fire-fighting in non-office hours and weekends.
- Occasional needs to perform system maintenance and application system program migration during non-office hours and weekends.
- Other ad-hoc tasks or projects.
Job Requirements
- Higher Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any of the information technology related disciplines.
- At least 3 years of system administration experience in supporting Linux, Solaris Unix and Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.
- Basic understanding of database, backup and storage technologies is an advantage.
- Interpersonal sensitivity and customer responsiveness with good spoken and written communication skills, team working skills.
- Able to escalate problems in a timely manner as per the escalation matrix.
- Good English and Chinese communication skills (both written and spoken).
