Cross-Store Logistics & Coordination:
- Act as the central logistics coordinator for all Hong Kong boutiques.
- Manage inter-store transfers of inventory, supplies, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with Warehouse, Inventory, and Retail teams to schedule deliveries and optimize stock flow.
Administration & System Management:
- Handle general administrative tasks and maintain accurate records for the operations department.
- Serve as the key system operator for invoice processing.
- Verify, reconcile, and process vendor and inter-company invoices, working closely with other teams.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
Store Operations Support:
- Collaborate directly with Store Manager and Client Advisors to ensure smooth daily store operations.
- Provide hands-on support during peak hours or for special projects, including stock replenishment on the sales floor and assisting with merchandise displays to maintain visual standards.
- Support the end-of-day process, including till reconciliation and the preparation of daily sales reports.
- Act as a communication bridge between the head office and store teams, relaying key information and feedback.
