System Analyst (HK$40K - $50K) (Ref. No.: 26981)
Our client, a Leading Consumer Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Handle the incident process management.
- Taking ownership of escalated incidents, coordinating with resolution parties, and establishing effective communication between stakeholders during incidents and post-incident reviews.
- Monitoring support teams to ensure SLAs are met and to ensure optimal service and customer satisfaction.
- Providing accurate and regular reports to the management regarding to the incident management.
- Provides technical support to maintain the smooth 24 hours round the clock operation (including Disaster Recovery Site support) within the bank.
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
- 4 years’ experience in application software development with at least 2 years in system analysis.
- Exposure to multiple open computer platforms.
- Experienced in Java, JS, MySQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle, Linux.
- Knowledge and experience on e-channels systems.
- Sound communication skills.
- Experience in project planning.
